Ordering Your Personalised Memorial Is Easy

We know that ordering a personalised item online can sometimes feel a little daunting, so we’ve made the process as simple as possible.

This guide will take you through each step, from choosing your product to adding your personalisation and placing your order.

You’ll be able to see your personalisation update on screen as you create it, so you can see how your finished design will look before ordering.

Step 1 – Choose Your Product

Start by browsing our range and choose the product you would like to personalise.

On the product page you’ll be able to see photographs, sizes, prices and other useful information to help you choose.

When you’re happy with your choice, you can start creating your personalised design.

Step 2 – Click to Personalise

You’ll now be able to enter the details you would like to appear on your memorial.

Simply click or tap the personalisation options and enter your wording.

Step 3 – Create Your Design

As you add your personalisation, the preview will update on screen.

This lets you see how your design is coming together while you create it.

Changed your mind about something? That's absolutely fine. Simply change your wording, photograph or other options and the preview will update again.

Step 4 – Add It to Your Basket

Happy with your design?

Click “Add to Basket”.

Your personalised product will then be added to your shopping basket.

You can continue shopping if you would like to order something else, or continue to checkout.

Step 5 – Checkout & Order Completed

Choose How to Pay

Select the payment option that suits you best.

Credit or Debit Card • Klarna • Apple Pay • PayPal

Follow the instructions on screen to complete your payment.

Safe & Secure

All payments are secure and encrypted, so you can checkout with confidence.

Order Complete!

Once your payment has been successful, your order is complete.

We'll send an order confirmation email to the email address you provided.

That's it — we'll take care of the rest!

When will my order be dispatched?

Most of our personalised items are dispatched within 5–7 working days.

Benches are usually dispatched within 2–3 weeks.

Please remember these are dispatch times rather than delivery dates.

Need It for a Specific Date?

If you need your memorial for a particular date, please get in touch with us.

We'll be happy to advise you on current timescales and whether we're able to have your order ready in time.

Order With Confidence

Every memorial is individually prepared by our experienced engraving team.

Before engraving, we carefully review your order and personalisation.

If we notice anything that may affect the appearance of your memorial, or something that looks unusual, we'll contact you before engraving where possible.

While it's important to check your spelling, dates and design carefully before ordering, you can order with confidence knowing that your memorial will be individually prepared with care by our experienced team.
