Choosing a memorial is a personal decision, and we're here to make the process as simple as possible. Below you'll find answers to the questions we're asked most often. If you can't find what you're looking for, our friendly team is always happy to help.
Ordering & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Granite memorial plaques and vases are usually personalised and dispatched within 3–5 working days. Memorial benches currently have a production time of approximately 2–3 weeks.
If your order is needed for a particular date, please get in touch and we'll always do our best to help.
How much does delivery cost?
Tracked UK delivery is just £4.99 on most orders.
Memorial benches are delivered fully assembled via pallet courier for £40.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order has been dispatched, we'll email your tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Do you offer next day delivery?
Some products may be available for faster delivery. Please contact us before ordering and we'll be happy to advise.
Personalisation
Is engraving included?
Yes. FREE personalised engraving is included on all of our granite memorials.
Can I personalise my memorial?
Yes. You can personalise most memorials with names, dates, verses, poems and meaningful messages.
Is there a limit to how much I can engrave?
Our granite memorials have no character limits. If you're unsure whether your wording will fit your chosen memorial, simply get in touch and we'll be happy to advise.
Can I preview my memorial before ordering?
Yes. Our Live Design Preview lets you see exactly how your memorial will look while you're personalising it. You can also download your design before placing your order.
If you'd like us to email you a copy or make any changes, just let us know.
Can I have 2, 3 or more names engraved?
Yes. We offer memorials specifically designed for 2 and 3 names, making it easy to create a shared memorial.
If you require space for more than 3 names, we'd love to help. Just get in touch and one of our designers will work with you to create the perfect memorial.
Can you create a custom memorial design?
Yes, we'd love to help.
If you're looking for something different from our standard designs, simply tell us what you have in mind. Whether it's additional names, special wording, artwork or a completely bespoke layout, one of our designers will work with you to create a memorial that's truly personal.
Can I add a photograph, logo or symbol?
Yes. Many of our memorials can include engraved photographs, religious symbols, military badges, flowers, pets and other meaningful artwork.

What materials do you use?
We use premium memorial-grade black granite, quality hardwoods and other carefully selected materials designed to withstand the British weather and provide a lasting tribute.
Are your memorials suitable for outdoor use?
Yes. Our granite memorials are weather-resistant, frost-resistant and suitable for cemeteries, churchyards, gardens and other outdoor remembrance spaces (subject to local regulations).
Where can memorial plaques be placed?
Our memorial plaques are suitable for:

Indoor remembrance areas
Public memorial locations (subject to permission)
Do your plaques include a stand?
Our plaques are designed to lay flat.
A solid mahogany display stand can be added to many plaques during personalisation if you'd prefer to display your memorial indoors.
Returns & Changes
Can I change my order?
If your order hasn't entered production, we'll do everything we can to make any changes. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Can I return a personalised memorial?
As every personalised memorial is made especially for you, personalised items cannot usually be returned unless they're faulty or we've made an error.
If there's ever a problem with your order, please contact us and we'll do everything we can to put things right.
